Hi there :wave2:

I’m not sure if this is in the right place or not so please feel free to move it to a more appropriate spot if not. :confused3

My question is about room decorations. I’ve read a lot of people arrange to have their room decorated before their arrival as a suprise to their family members. I even read somewhere about a company who organise surprise experiences at the parks. Can anybody point me in the right direction to a company or companies who can arrange something special for my family during our stat at WDW?

Thanks :thumbsup2

You cannot have your room decorated prior to checkin. I have done the in room celebrations and the soonest you can do it your 2nd night. You could maybe have a chance for arrival if you are staying club level since room assignments are handled differently.

I did my in park surprise event through Gifts of a Lifetime. The company had its own website. It was an amazing experience.

Thanks for the response. Are you able to describe your surpise event that you organised through Gifts of a Lifetime? Did you do it for a special occasion or just because?

They cant do it before check in but they can do it on your arrival day. Ive booked it through disneyflorist for clients. Ive also used Disney florist for my daughter (just flowers, candy) and DH has ordered me flowers from disneyflorist several times and unless he specified for a different date it was delivered on arrival day

My special occasion was welcoming our future daughter in law to the family. An envelope was "mysteriously" left for her at a designated location inside the Magic Kingdom and the letter inside started a 2 hour quest to find clues within the park that would lead her to the final destination and a surprise waiting for her.

We had an absolute blast. I was able to select the date, the park and the type of event and theme I wanted. Jane and her pixies at Gifts of a Lifetime did the rest. So even though I was the only one in our family who knew what was going on, most of it was still a surprise for me too.

I have done 25 WDW vacations and a lot of extra things but this experience was definitely the best of all of them.
