To hear the case regarding Obama's birth certificate. The Supreme Court today said it will not formally consider Barack Obama's eligibility to become president. This is in regards to the emergency appeal by Leo Donofrio that Obama is not a natural born citizen, therefore not eligible to be president, because his father was a British subject at the time of Obama's birth.
