Supportive swimsuits

My wife says try Elomi.
That is all I know, and as far as I will go. You can Google for more info! LOL

I like the ruched tankini tops from UV Skinz. They cover a whole lot more and have wide straps to help support everything.

I pick a suit with wide tank top straps and then I wear an old bra under--you know, the old bra that is getting really worn and stretched out? it becomes the sacrificial lamb for the swim season.

Lately though I've just been wearing rash guards (with bra under, of course).

Before my reduction I either wore an old bra under a regular tankini or bought one of the specialty ones like fantasie and panache. I wasn't successful with mainstream brands that offer bra sizes, but some of the specialty brands worked well. I was a g or h cup (34 band).

Ladies, I need your help! As someone who is a member of the Dolly Parton club, I struggle to find swimsuits that are truly supportive. What brands have you found that give support to your upper half?
I'm not in the Dolly Parton club but I do need support, and for this reason I wear a bikini. I've never found a one-piece swimsuit to be supportive enough or very well-fitting overall. A bikini can be purchased online, the top and bottom separately, each to your specifications. I always buy a top with underwire, and a bottom with full coverage. Lands End is a good source. For modesty, it's easy to wear a swim shirt, as well.

Spinoff question about Lands End. Are all their swimsuits that same heavy, thick fabric? A few years ago, I ordered a couple swimsuits from there and I returned them because they were SO thick and heavy. They didn't have that light weight typical swimsuit feel to them. They were of a fabric that seemed like it would collect lint if I wore a t shirt over then. Like, kind of rough. Is that typical of the brand? Or was that just the particular ones I ordered. I returned them and haven't ever considered the brand again.
I have a Lands End bikini and it's normal bathing suit fabric. The top is a bit thick in the bra cups, but that's to make it a supportive bra, it isn't really the fabric itself and it doesn't collect lint in any way. The bottoms are indistinguishable from any other brand (aside from the fact that they actually provide full coverage).

I use Land’s End - I like their high neck tankini tops

Bra size does not mean supportive just because it comes in a bra size.

Supportive means underwire normally and structured like a bra, can have soft thin padding to help with shape and holds the girls up. While I could get away with a Macy's D cup for my honeymoon a few short years later that was a nope, that tankini was not supportive for my girls any longer.

It was so pathetic the availability of swimwear at normal stores, their bra size was a flimsy underwire that wouldn't dream of holding me up as time went on.

Lane Bryant was where I got mine that was actually supportive although these days I use my SheFit sports bra (which it is able to be worn as swimwear)
