I'm hoping to get some advice. I had some minor surgery(vein removal and ablation) on my legs, and am wearing a thigh high support stocking on my left leg. I had to leave it on at first, but now can take it off at night. Which has me a bit worried. How do I get this off and back on myself? I see they sell equipment that is supposed to hold the stocking, but I am trying to avoid spending $40 on something I only need for a week. I've seen lots of you tube videos, but figured someone here might have some tips on what really works. TIA!

Reach into the sock and grab the heel, pull it to almost be inside out, slip it over your toes and pull the sock heel over your foot heel, then grab the top of the sock and pull it up …. Easy peasy and those socks work wonders. I was against wearing them with every fiber of my being but once I tried them the difference in how my leg felt was amazing.

Follow the instructions above and make sure you neither roll up or down. “Cuffing” the stocking or sock makes it easier to maneuver.
