Supply of paper plates, cups, etc.

Do the studios come with paper plates, cups, bowls, and plastic utensils? If so, is the supply adequate or should we bring some?

Depends on how long you're staying (and likely how many of said items previous visitors have used). Our last stay at AKV had a stack of such items more than we could use in 5 days. Probably 10 plus.

You will always have at least 4 of each item (4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 silverware packs) that are disposable - plastic or paper. if previous guests have left some there than you will have more otherwise I have found that is the common amount to stock. cups are glass so they can be washed.

You may want to bring coffee and coffee filters. That's usually the only thing we run out of.

I did some short studio stays and discovered quite a variation in "disposable" supplies from one to the next. You are supposed to be able to get what you need from mousekeeping (I was on my own, so didn't bother). There should be four of each.

Do bring some of your own coffee, and maybe a large coffee mug (and maybe filters) if you have a preference. The size of glasses and cups varies (not paper -- galss/china). And also a sharp knife is handy. I like having my own somewhat larger washable cereal bowl and spoon (but it may depend on how you're traveling.).
