Here you go!
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
8 oz. white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 bag frozen broccoli florets
1 soup can of water
Preheat oven to 350*. Place chicken on the bottom of a large casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Layer macaroni, broccoli, broth, soup, water and cheese. Bake for one hour, stirring once or twice during baking, until the macaroni is cooked. Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving to let sauce thicken.
**I haven't made this in a while, but I remember it taking a little longer for the macaroni to cook. Also, once it sets, it gets nice and thick, almost like macaroni and cheese.
