I was dumbfounded when I read of the proposed reworking of this attraction. Are they really going to populate the new ride with the character statues being pulled from the Disney Stores? So now customers are expected to pay to see what they used to see for free in shopping malls across the country.

Oh, I get it. I guess the attraction is that all of the statues will be in the same place at the same time.

Seriously, I hope they plan on at least ONE animatronic character for the new attraction. Sounds like it might be a pretty static ride otherwise.

Well, recycling is a time-honored way to save money...

I remember being very disappointed in the ride in January, since I rather enjoyed the queue area. We can only hope that the ride actually turns out OK.
