Did you see it?

I only caught a little bit of tonight's Supernanny. From what little I saw, they went to Orlando, and I saw some of kids on the beach with journals to write about their mom. I am presuming some of those kids lost their natural mom and that's why they were taken on a trip- because they needed a break. And I guess the mom I saw there was a stepmom who was trying to cope with the kids- stepkids and her own kids with the DH.

No, they went to Marco Island Resort and Spa. They never went to WDW, although I wondered if they would. It was a blended family, and the two kids writing in their journals were processing their feelings about not having seen their mom for over a year (parents divorced and mom now lives in CA). Mom had her biological daughter, dad had a bio daughter and son, and they had a set of twins and a 2 year old together.

I missed the show, but the mom is a poster on one of my Babycenter boards. We got alot of "inside" on what went on with the show. She said that the show is very "true to show" and she absolutely LOVES Jo.

I was hoping they would go to WDW when I heard they were going to Florida but nope!

That's awesome! I've been a member of Babycenter since I was pregnant in June 2000. I watched Supernanny last night, but I would have paid more attention to the show had I known the mom was "one of our own." ;)
