Mmmmmmmm that Disney food looks delicious.

Seriously, the food is one of my favourite parts of WDW vacations. I'm not really a big eater here at home- I kinda just eat because I have to but I don't particularly enjoy it- but at Disney... ohmygosh I become quite the foodie! I wish I could hire some personal chefs from there to feed me 24/7!

Polenta sounds delish-I'm gonna be brave next time I see it on a menu and try it! Around here the most "exotic" thing I've seen on a menu is brown rice!

I've never had polenta before but it sounds yummy. For whatever reason I always thought it to be some kind of rice pudding-like concoction. Didn't sound appetizing but the way you describe it sounds good!

It's really yummy. Before I met Marc, I was not adventurous at all with my food but now I am willing to try a lot more different types of food.

Wow! That was a great food list! I have started my own food list of foods I need to try. I agree that Epcot is the best place to eat. There are so many choices!

I love that you can get almost anything you could possibly want to eat at Epcot. Plus if people want different things you can just hit up different CS spots.

I had never even heard of Polenta before I saw it at Brown Derby and now I see it all of the place.

Glad you liked the disclaimer, I think it's funny. Marc is a wonderful chef, I am very lucky. Especially after I caught the spaghetti I was boiling last night...ON FIRE!! Yeah, Marc cooked it for me after I ruined half of the box. I am still blaming it on the stove, I have cooked spaghetti numerous times without incident.

It was really bad. The fire alarm went off and everything. Marc was sleeping since he takes a nap on Sunday evenings before he starts his overnight work week. Poor guy woke up to me screeching and the fire alarm screaming. I think what happened was the stove flames just went high enough to catch the spaghetti, he was going to take a picture to make me post it but I guess he decided not too.

I don't know if I will get to the update today at work or tonight. It will be posted today though!

In honor of my SUPER SWEET 60 DAYS UNTIL DISNEY DANCE, I have made a list of 60 things that I love about Disney.​

DISCLAIMER : The 60 things listed are in no way the only things I love about Disney. That is a list that never ends...my friends. ​

SUPER SWEET 60 DAY DANCE LIST

1. The feeling of stepping on Main Street. I feel like I have finally arrived once I’m on Main Street.

2. The anticipation of planning a trip, it gives me so much to look forward too when I am planning.

3. Riding the Monorail.

4. World Showcase, where else can you see such beautiful landscaping and amazing details?

5. Spectromagic Parade. I have only seen this parade once and I just adore it. I had the music stuck in my head for days. I love listening to the music while I’m at home and missing Disney.

6. The way seeing the Characters makes me feel like a little kid again, I even get a bit shy!

7. Light Fixtures! Does anyone want to take bets on how many light fixture pictures I come back with?

8. Salmon Polenta from Hollywood Brown Derby.

9. Carousel of Progress. I have a special spot in my heart for the attractions that Walt worked on.

10. Animatronics.

11. The Cast Members, for most of them you can tell that they really enjoy their jobs.

12. People Watching. I love watching all of the little Princesses meeting their idols. I also get a kick out of picking out the families that did zero preparation for their trip and are taking it out on everyone else instead of themselves.

13. Photopass. I love that parties of one, two or fifteen people can get those photo ops by using Photopass. I think it’s a great service that Disney offers.

14. Cinderella’s Castle. I still give a squeal of delight when I get my first glimpse of those castle spires even if I am still miles away.

15. The boat from Wilderness Lodge to MK. There is something just delightful riding that boat!

16. Soarin’. Can you smell the citrus?

17. The Old Hollywood feel of DHS. It makes me feel like an actress.

18. Liberty Square, I know I’ve said that 1,000 times but I just feel at home walking around that area.

19. Riding Dumbo.

20. Being at the Parks at night. It feels even more magical after dark.

21. Corn Dog Nuggets from Casey’s.

22. Midnight Swims with Marc.

23. Haunted Mansion and how I look forward to the ghost joining me in my doom buggy every single time!

24. Fastpasses.

25. Spaceship Earth.

26. Mary Poppins.

27. Wilderness Lodge

28. Seeing Walt’s plane on the Backlot Tour.

29. School Bread.

30. Pirates of the Caribbean. I freak myself out when the drop comes
every single time!

31. Slushie Cokes from Pop Century.

32. Magical Express.

33. Disney Cheeseburgers, they just taste much better then in the real world.

34. Florida Bunny Rabbits. They are just so cute and cuddly.

35. One Man’s Dream. I love looking at the memorabilia and no matter how many times I have seen the movie about Walt Disney, I can’t bring myself to skip it.

36. Romantical Moments with Marc.

37. The Sword in the Stone in Fantasyland.

38. Fantasmic, it’s truly wonderful!

39. Swiss Family Robinson Tree House. It brings back memories of watching the movie with my family.

40. Breakfast pizza from Crystal Palace.

41. The fact that I discover and notice new things every trip I take.

42. 3D Movies.

43. Taking pictures of the Castle all lit up at night.

44. England in World Showcase. I just feel so relaxed and peaceful
there.

45. Being called Princess by the CM’s. As far as I’m concerned I think
everyone should call you Princess/Prince wherever you go. It would make checking out at the grocery store far more enjoyable.

46. Not having to drive while on vacation. I love that I can bus, boat or monorail to wherever I need to go.

47. Pink, Sparkly Mickey Boppers.

48. Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.

49. Chocolate Moose from Le Cellier.

50. The Great Movie Ride.

51. The train ride around the Magic Kingdom.

52. Refillable Mugs. I am so excited that they have new designs this year!

53. Fantasyland. It’s my second favorite land of MK. It makes me feel like a princess.

54. Table Service Eating Establishments. Last trip was the first time I experienced Disney TS Dining and I just LOVE it.

55. Shopping! I love browsing the shops and I love being able to take little pieces of Disney home with me.

56. Pin Trading.

57. There is something for everyone to enjoy at Disney. Thrill Seekers, Photographers, Foodies, Kids, Parents, Adults, Singletons...EVERYONE.

58. Towel Animals.

59. Disney is always changing and I love that. I love that there will always be new rides to look forward too or new shows & parades.

60. The Spontaneous Sprinklings of Pixie Dust...the little moments that you can't plan for or expect but when they do happen they become lifetime memories to treasure.

Thank You! I worked long and hard on this list, it was harder in the beginning and then today once I started posting it and adding in the pictures I thought of at least 25 more things I could have added. That's always the way. I can't believe you are at 45 days! Time is flying by lately.
