So when are you going to book your trip? You are approaching your 90 day window afterall.

That's my concern as well -- I feel like more people will know within that 90-days that they are going to Disney, so does that mean it will be harder to get through and harder to get the places/times I want? Grrrr.

March seems weeks and weeks and weeks and lots of cold weather away.

Don't forget guys, every DAY is someone's 90-days. LOL

And for some reason, I always think about a month ahead. So, in my mind, it's the end of January! Only two more mos!

It was a great one, how was yours? It's funny you say I look like my mom because when I was younger everyone was convinced I was a mini me of my Dad but as I get older I think I resemble my mom more.

Thank you!! I have been "threatening" them for weeks that we will be doing family pictures on Christmas Day from now on.
I like the tripod, I'm worried it's going to be bulky to carry into the parks but it will work to get some fireworks pictures. My dad was also helping me with my settings for nighttime photography tonight and I also have a book on request at the library so I have some thoughts on some cool pictures. Plus, Marc is the tripod carrier. I designated him as that. I carried the other bag last trip so there you go.

This is the Tripod I ordered off of Amazon.

I do like it. Here is a list of reasons why.

1. It's tall enough for me to use.
2. You can adjust the height so if you want to put it say on a trash can it doesn't have to be fully extended.
3. It has two different levels on it, so if you are trying to get the tripod even on the ground you can.
4. It came with a carrying case.
5. It's fairly lightweight.
6. It is easy to assemble and can be set up and taken down very quickly.
7. It has a cool little crank, it's fun to turn to make it higher.
8. It is very easy to get your camere on and off the tripod.

The only thing I don't liked about it is that I wish it folded up a teeny bit smaller but really it's a great tripod for the price.

Here it is set up in my living room. The legs are fully exteneded but I don't think the crank is as high as it could be.

For $25 I don't think you could go wrong! I'm not going to bring it into the parks all the time, just for nighttime shots I think.
