Supercallifragilistic-ADR'sApproachUs! May '09 PTR *Trip Report has Begun! Pg. 208*

Is there anything in it that she might deem "scary?" Just need to be prepared! BTW.....she is still loving Mary Poppins!!!

I love how all the old Classics overlapped with actors/actresses. I did NOT know about the Mills..although, I should have put 2 and 2 together! Cause the little boy from Swiss Family Robinson played in Old Yeller and the middle one played in the Shaggy Dog! There's 2 I haven't seen in a while!

Megan's Mom: I would say, maybe the tiger part? The pirates aren't really "scary" per say, sometimes there's coconut bombs that go off, but you normally see the family throwing them first and they try to joke around about the pirates too. I thinks she'll like it, especially with all the animals in the movie :thumbsup2

Hey LL I could not remember if you are going to Chefs De France this trip. If so I need a report on Remy (Ratatouille). I read on another thread he is now appearing at Chef's. Anyone done this yet-any pictures?

Love the shower curtain. I told hubby when we move I want a disney bathroom too how funny.

Cancel the resteraunts and save the money. Getting to go twice in one year would be great!

I have no clue how to help with the corkboard.

I need to watch Pollyanna I've never seen it and I have an Anna.

You are doing great with your packing. Your place looks like mine with all the boxes.

I couldn't believe how big your kitty is. They are both very cute.

Tammy

I agree with what Jess said. The last part with the pirate attack might be a little intense for her. But that is a very small part of the movie. I agree that she would love all the parts with the animals and when they are in their treehouse.

The little boy also played in Pollyanna too. The middle brother played in quite a few too. I always had a crush on the oldest brother, Fritz. :lovestruc He was in Third Man on the Mountain too, another great Disney film.

No worries! I was going to post the link to that thread anyways! :goodvibes

I just stated showing "Swiss Family Robinson" to my 4th graders. They are loving it:goodvibes
It is such a great movie!

All day there has been buzz on the Gnome Thread and then over here about Remy from Ratatouille appearing at Chefs de France from now until September. Of course I had to tell Jen about this, if you recall her favorite list, she loves Ratatouille. So...we made some ADR changes. :rolleyes1

With all of my thoughts of changing my ADRs, I thought it would be safe to just put them all out there again, a refresher course if you will.

Day 1.
*Chefs de France for a late lunch.
Here is a video clip of Remy at Disneyland Paris. It has been confirmed by some people who have seen him this week in Chefs so we were willing to give up our Grand Floridian Tea in exchange for Chefs. We have promised each other that we will do the tea together sometime in the future. I am confident that will happen.
*Rose & Crown for dinner and hopefully Illuminations viewing.
Between Chefs and Rose & Crown we will head over to Magic Kingdom in hopes that we can brave the weight and meet the fairies.

Day 2.
*Lunch @ Le Cellier
Yum, Yum. I'm seriously debating about what I want to get for my entree. I know for sure Chocolate Moose will be ordered. How good is the Cheddar Cheese Soup? Sometimes it really appeals to me and then others it looks just "meh".
Dinner @ Akershush
I really, really hope that Ariel is there! :worship: :worship: :worship:

Oh! I was on imdb today and found a really cool trivia tidbit on there about The Little Mermaid.

In the opening scene when King Triton arrives at the arena, you can briefly see Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and Donald Duck in the crowd of sea-people as mermen when he passes over them.

I'm going to try to see if this is true on my DVD. I'll let you know!

Day 3.
We decided to drop Whispering Canyon Cafe just to save a bit of money. I'm trying to enjoy my May Trip but also keeping the possibility of a September Trip in the back of my mind. So we will do a CS Lunch this day. We think it's going to work out better too
Dinner @ Cinderella's Royal Table
I hope to see Suzy and Perla here! After reading some dining reports of CRT for dinner, I realized I never saw them last time! :scared1:

Day 4.
*Lunch @ Hollywood Brown Derby

Drool. I really can't wait! It's going to be so yummy. :woohoo:
*CS Dinner for Me!
I'm toying with the idea of heading over to the resort area and trying out Beachs & Cream. We'll see how exhausted I am that day.

Day 5 & Day 6.
*Counter Service for Me!
:rotfl2:

Day 7.
*Counter Service Breakfast/Lunch/Whatever I want to eat.

*Dinner @ Jiko
I really contemplated canceling this one but I just couldn't do it. I really want to eat here and see the AKL.

Day 8.
*Counter Service Again! :rotfl:

Day 9.
*Lunch @ Liberty Tree Tavern

Did you all hear the rumor that characters are going to be coming back sometime in April!?!?! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: I'm still keeping my lunch though. :rotfl2:

So if you are keeping track to all of my ADR changes and confusion, I bow to you first of all :worship: and second that means I have indeed canceled Yak N' Yeti and Crystal Palace. I love the fact that I won't be tied down during my solo time and can change my plans on a whim!

You have redeemed yourself for your earlier tease.

Great update! :yay: I think the ADR changes you made are great. You know how I feel about Chefs. You'll have to look out for "my" waiter. I hope you get to see Remy!

I love the Cheddar Cheese soup at Le Cellier. What are you debating between?

Can't wait to every single last detail of your Brown Derby meal. I need to live vicariously!! ::yes::

LTT- I really hope the character rumor is true!! :upsidedow

It is very funny how similar your lists are. Apparently DHS isn't a counter service/snacking park. I couldn't answer either of those questions either!

I was laughing hysterically as I read through your list and was like OMGosh...we did it again LOL! I was worried after our first list and we didn't have much in common at all on it....well we redeemed ourselves because we don't have much at all different on this list LOL!!!

Even our eating is the same so far LOL!!!

Oooooooh I am just dying to see Remy. Seriously. It isn't really in our budget to add another TS meal but...

he is so so so so cute!!!!

I keep going back and forth on whether to add it... and I just can't decide! DM says go for it but... I am the cheap one in the family LOL.:rotfl2:

Your new ADR list really does look great.:thumbsup2

And believe me... you haven't missed out on any DHS CS... blech. Haven't found any I like.:scared:
