We'll be at Pop Century during the Super Bowl. Grand Gatherings trying to get us in the All Star Cafe. Heard there are TV's also at ESPN. Any suggestions for other locations??...Don't want to watch in the rooms.

Hi there - My sister and BIL were there this past weekend, and BIL wanted to watch the championship game, of course! They headed over to the Boardwalk to ESPN, and it was full!

Luckily, they brought out more big screen TV's outside, and set them up with tables - he had an awesome time, and the Patriots won!!!!

Good Luck to you - and the Pats!!

We are in a very simlar situation! We will be there for Superbowl Sunday also, staying at the Pop Century. We are really looking forward to it, but we also don't want to watch the game in our room. I was down in disney for the "snow bowl" a few years ago and waited almost 3 hours to get into the ESPN club! What a great place to watch that game! And of course the Pats won so it was even better. But we have heard people start lining up at ESPN before it opens and because they let people stay as long as they want you'll never get a seat.

I've heard they do have more tvs set up all over the world for the game -- but we might try our luck at Downtown Disney in one of the restaurants there. They're bound to have the game on right?

GOOOD LUCK - ENJOY YOUR VACATION - AND GO PATRIOTS!

We'll be arriving on Super Bowl Sunday. I've been cruising the Forum for a week or so trying to figure out where to watch the game too.

This is what I've been able to figure out; The ESPN club will indeed be packed as guests are let in when they open at 11:00 a.m.

Others have suggested the lounge areas at the Contemporary, Poly (big screen T.V) and the Yacht Club. I think the Pub at any of the resorts would be fine.

Hands down, the ESPN club is the best place to watch the game. It is super crowded as well and you HAVE to get there very very early.

Having said that, the choice other than ESPN would probably be at the lounges that others mentioned.

Have you thought about contacting the Pop Century Guest Services to find out if there are by chance any plans to set up additional lounge TVs? Otherwise, the TGIF type restaurants that have lots of TVs would be another possibility. Chilli's is another thought as well as other sports bars in the area.

I'll be there for Super Bowl Sunday, too and staying at Pop Century!

I've been searching these boards for weeks with the same question. I've ruled ESPN out because I can't see taking a whole day out of my Disney vacation to spend it there. We are considering going to the All Star Cafe at Wide World of Sports. I've called, they don't have any special super bowl parties (as they have in the past) and are no longer take PS, but I don't think they will get as crowded. We are also considering the lounges in some of the other resorts. And I've heard that even the value resorts do something for the game; like have the big tv in the food court on the game and have special food deals. I figure once we get to The World I'll find out what Pop is doing and compare our options.
Of course, now that our Eagles are out we're not as excited about the game.
