Superbowl Sunday and crowd level

Just realized we'll be in the parks on the Superest of all Sundays. Any predictions on crowd levels that day and which park would you focus on--DL or DCA?

From past years.. Depends on Whose playing and what time the game is.
in '07 there was a rough crowd and flights broke out due to jersey wear.

I can say a lot of men were not too pleased to be there. Have not gone since...

I don't have persnoal experience with being there on super bowl sunday but i think i remember the question coming up last year and some people said it tends to be busy on that day. I guess lots of people who don't want to watch the game decide they might as well head over to DLR with the hopes that everyone else is staying at home to watch football.

I went once on Super Bowl Sunday and have no plans to ever go again! It was VERY crowded and the lines to get INTO the park were 15 minutes long!!! Of course, that was also in 1998 and there was no DCA then, so maybe it's better now, but it was pretty crazy.

Thanks for the responses. Friends we are going with thought that it would be less crowded but I remember last year's discussion where the park was crowded. Just wanted some more proof...I think combined with people flocking to DTD, the huge number of APs and how unreliable the crowds have been lately that it will pan out to be a crowded day in the parks. I might even shift the hoppers we have to make our first day in the park Monday.
