Super Size Me!

not a new movie.

I hate that movie with a passion.

Its stupid.

OF COURSE If you eat nothing but mcdonalds three times a day for 30 days you're gonna have heart problems! Its common sense.

Yeah I hate that movie too..
And it is definitly not new

I hate to beat a dead bird, but it's not new.

And we watched that movie in health. There are a few flaws in it though.

How that guy didn't have a heartattack is beyond me...but yeah, I've seen it. It made me quesy just watching it. :crazy2:

I was fine until the bipass scene. after that I was starting to get sick...

In regards to me saying it's new, it's new to me. That's what I should've said. I just recently rented it and watched it. It really made me feel quesy too, but the tough part for me is that I know they're right when it comes to overeating. I, myself, am a heavy-set teen, and will probably use the movie as motivation not to eat as much. I don't like the movie, but I don't hate the movie either.

The thing I didn't like about it is how unreasonable the 5000 steps a day was. I take more steps walking to and from school every day.:whatever:

I love it, seen it quite a few times, Morgan Spurlock is an amazing documentary maker. Have you seen his series 30 days? It really puts information about the most basic parts of our life into perspective ranging from diet to religion! I think supersize me is a great way of educationg people aout the health hazards of their diet, and also about how big companies work to make money out of us. I dont eat out a lot and its amazing to see how big eatting out is in american culture (me being a brit), i hardly ever eat fast food, but it still made me think about what i am putting into my body! I think supersize me wasn't meant to be literal, but to show how the mixture of unhealthy eatting and the greedy attitued to sue anyone people can to make money really made an interesting documentary!

but admittedly i did turn it off for a minutite when he was sick and the bibass op, that was gross!

We saw it in bio last year... I liked it, and now theres no more supersize on the McDonalds menu

Yeah that's another thing that gets me. People who sue McDonalds and such saying that their food made them fat. Well you know what you idiot, if you had been shoving carrots in your face instead of french fries, we wouldn't be having this arguement would we?
