I am not renting a car this trip to Disney, so would you recommend Super shuttle or the Disneyland Express from the SNA airport..For 2 passengers?

Where are you staying? One advantage or drawback of the DLE is the route. It stops first at the DLH, rarely but sometimes the GCH first, then at the DLH you may need a transfer.

The supershuttle often has mutliple stops too, but since it's smaller it can be nimble and quick at stops. But sometimes people are lucky and they are the first or only passengers.

If you choose either one they both have a coupon in the link below.

We are staying on South Harbor Blvd. What is an acceptable tip for the driver?

Unless you have tons of bags or the trip is super nice or bad. $5-10 each way should be in the ballpark.

I tip based on the fare, 20%.

From SNA, I would use supershuttle. They will get you there quicker.

Super Shuttle!! It's cheap and quick. I use it all the time. You can book ahead online and use a coupon code, which will save you money plus it allows you to prepay everything including the tip. I like not having to come up with any cash or tip!

Speaking of tip, here is mine: the coupon code I use is UYR59. If you book a separate reservation for you and your companion, you will EACH get $3 off each way. If you book together as one reservation, you will only get one discount for everyone in your party. The regular fare is $10 each way per person, so with the above code it comes out to $7 plus tip.

And don't worry, you will be on the same shuttle!!

Edited to add: be sure to give the hotel name and NOT the zip code when you put in your info online! The zip code will get you a much higher fare. Also, when you book online it gives a suggested tip of 18% and figures that up for you. I always use that.

I prefer SuperShuttle over Disneyland Express.

When we used DLE it stopped 4-5 times at the airport to pick people up, it then went to the DLH and took everyone's money and vouchers before finally taking us to our hotel.

Every time I have use SS they have left the airport within 5 minutes of us showing the SS guy our paperwork and they have headed straight to Anaheim rather than making a bunch of stops. If they have to drop other people off at their hotel first, they do not take very long getting the people and their bags out.

Some people prefer DLE because of the Disney feel but I would rather get to Disney faster than have Disney decorations on my shuttle to it.

I found my receipt from May when I used Supershuttle from SNA to GCH. It was $10 + $2 tip - $3 coupon = $9 each way.
