Can anyone tell me more about this? We (family of 4 flying into LongBeach) are thinking about not renting a car for our upcoming trip.
The way I figure it, "business express" is the least expensive for us. but we certainly are not business== 2 kids + stroller + checked bags does not say business to me, but does anyone know what exactly business express means?
Can my FAMILY of 4 with stroller take advantage of this service?

I can't really expand on the Business Express so much, but here is my recent experience with Super Shuttle:

I used them for my one-day trip to DLR on December 19th for a 'point to point' pick up (meaning no airport or boat dock involved - just picking me up at home and taking me straight to DLR, with no stops). When I had first called SS, the "Group Desk" which handled point to point orders quoted me a certain price for one way. In fact, I got that same price quote 3 different times that I called. However, when I actually called them to place an order/make a reservation, the Group Desk girl ran several different options by me and it turned out that there was a cheaper price available for me than what they had been telling me. See, apparently, Super Shuttle either recently acquired or merged with Express Shuttle and Execucar, and thus, more vehicles became available. So they were quoting me a higher price in my initial inquiry calls, but when it came time to make the reservation, because I used one of the "Express Shuttle vehicles" (a minivan), the rate came down by about $23 or so.

And as the cherry on the cake, the service was right on time - I mean, the driver showed up exactly when I needed him to be there, and he got me to the GCH grounds about 5 minutes earlier than I planned to be there. Also, I told the driver I had that I moderate on the DISboards and he gave me some of his cards to 'hand out to people' for referral because he does his own shuttle business on the side. In fact, he told me that if I 'or any of my friends' need to use a service like that again, he could do it for a cheaper rate than what Super Shuttle charges. PM me if you want that info!

All in all, I was pleased with Super Shuttle, especially when they gave me a cheaper price for picking the Express Shuttle minivan. And the minivan that I was in definitely had some room in it.

I have been wondering the same thing, cruise. My two kids and I are going to DL in April and the Business Express thing was the cheapest option I've found. (Well, actually I have a rental car reservation for a couple dollars less, but I DON'T do traffic well so I would much rather pay the extra few dollars.) I'm just not sure how strict they are on the business thing. I would hate to book the business express and then be charged more when they pick us up at the airport and it becomes clear there is no business happening during our trip.
