Super picky eater- can anyone answer a ? for me

I'm going to the world in Oct., and i made a dinner ADR for Le Cellier.Thing is i made it thinking that burgers were on the dinner menu.According to allears, theyre not, only lunch.I have a VERY picky adult traveling with us.... which leads me to 2 questions:
Will LC give said adult a steak WITHOUT all that stuff(sauces and mushrooms) and give him fries? IF not will they give him the burger off the lunch menu as a back up?
IF not ill have to change this ADR, and im just dying to go there again!

yes they will leave off any sauces for you...and the ff shouldn't be a problem either

You may want to ask about the burger for dinner. Burgers are not on the dinner menu at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, but they will make one if someone requests it for dinner.
