Do I understand this correctly?

I can buy a super grover pass- and get into Seaworld, Aquatica, and Busch Gardens- with free parking- without ever using the pass at Sesame Place, correct? Seems to good to be true....

Any downsides that I'm not seeing?

That is correct as long as you Dont live in one of those not eligible states.

I unfortunately live in one of the excluded states, but my mom, who is joining us on the trip, does not. So, at least one of us saves!

The Super Grover works similar to an annual pass (but gives you admission to the SW family of parks, minus Discovery Cove, for one calendar year vs. one 365-day period). So you could visit SW as many times as you wanted during 2014 for no additional cost.

Duh! I was totally unclear. : ) I meant to say the companion tickets you can purchase at a discount.
