Just put our deposit down on our 3rd trip to WDW! This will be our first time staying in a moderate resort (CSR). Very nervous - never been there. Anxious to read reviews and welcome your feedback on this resort. Aside from that counting down until the final school bell sounds!!!!:cheer2:

Yay!! Super exciting!!

I have stayed at CSR, not my favourite of the moderate resorts, but still great and gorgeous!!

The grounds themselves are super pretty, big, huge really, lol, but there is an internal bus, and bus stops spread around the resort for you to catch to go to the parks.

Biggest problem I found was if I wanted to have breakfast/coffee from the food court, I had to go all the way down there and risk getting on a super crowded bus (or not get on it at all) or walk ALL the way back to my room to catch the bus over there.

Didn't get out to the pool as it was cold & Nov, but pictures look awesome.

Had a friend work concierge on her CP down there and she absolutely loved it, so I'm sure you guys will too!

Hi

We have stayed at CSR twice the past couple of years and really enjoyed it. We go when it is hot so we use the pool, it is awesome. We like the pepper market for quick serve. The grounds are beautiful. Overall it is a really nice resort.

We are headed back in August to Disney and I couldn't decide between POR and CSR so we decided to do a split stay between the two. Really looking forward to going back.

There is an unofficial site that is really good. It is everything you want to know about CSR. If you are interested you can pm me and I will give you the information.

Happy Planning.:)

We LOVED CSR. It's like a grander version of Mexico in the World Showcase. Absolutely beautiful.

No complaints on the busses. We used both the stop closest to our room and the stop closest to the main building and crowding was never an issue. I think the only time I had to stand was on a return trip from MK and that was after Wishes, so of course it's to be expected.

I had originally booked Pop to save some money for this upcoming trip but after a couple days of mulling over it, I realized it was totally worth the ~$375 to upgrade for the week.

At this point I wouldn't stay anywhere else (unless the money to stay club level at the Polynesian magically appears! :rotfl:).

Have fun. There's no reason to be anxious!

We've done CSR once and enjoyed it! The grounds are beautiful, the food court (once you figure out their ticket system) was really good, and on our last morning we did the sit down breakfast buffet and it was excellent! A little on the high priced side, but the food was good.

We loved the pool area! And as a previous poster mentioned, it reminds you of a larger version of Mexico in EPCOT's World Showcase.

We have also stayed at CBR and honestly we do prefer that resort, but that's not to say we didn't like CSR. They're different.... both good, but very different.

We've never stayed there but have eaten there a few times.

We really enjoy Peppermarket!
