Super Early ADR Transportation

We have a 7:40 AM ADR for Boma. We are staying at POR- my question is this- how are we going to get there? Does Disney Transportation begin that early? And, if it does, where can I find the info on when transportation begins?

If a park is opening an hour early (say 8am) the buses usually start about 6:45am for that park. You would need to take the bus to whatever park is opening first, then transfer to the AKL bus.

the early morning breakfast busses to AK start at 7am. Be out at the bus stop to try and catch the first bus. Tell the driver you have an ADR at AKL. He should be able to drop you off at the resort after dropping off passengers at AK.

Go to the front desk at your resort and talk to them. That is what we did when we were there last. We had ADR at Chief Mickey at 7:20am. They told us that buses started rolling around 6:30am and told us to be out there waiting. We were and and we hopped on the bus at 6:40 and we had no problem at all.
If you are nervous about being on time then go with the cab idea like the others have mentioned.

We are renting a car, so we'll have a vehicle, but I'm also a little worried about parking if we do drive...

And thoughts?

We've never had a problem parking our car at the resorts, including AKL. Of course, you can always use the valet service.

You generally get a three-hour parking pass for AKL when you show up for your ADR.

You shouldn't have any problems when you tell the guard at the shack that you've got a breakfast reservation for Boma. He/she will give you a parking pass to put out by your windshield, and you can go to the self-parking.

When you are going from resort to resort, the easiest way would be by car. The only exception right now I would have to say would be the Contemporary, as the parking there is scarce due to the construction.

One time we drove to the Contemporary for Chef Mickey's breakfast. They asked for our last name and gave us a 3 hours parking permit. All the other times we've used busses with no problems. The driver dropped us off at the Contemporary before going to Magic Kingdom. It was very nice of him. If we want to know times, we ALWAYS ask the bus drivers. They know best.

We had a few of these early ones......take a cab.....less heaschae
It should cost approx $15.00......(about the same as a cab in NYC)
