The sound seemed messed up to start off with.. maybe everything wasn't plugged in? It was no where near as good as last year's, last year's rocked. I wish they would have done "Paint it Black" or something. They're show was "ok" but nothing great. All around meh.
STEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And yes, Mick is old. STTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am not a Rolling Stones fan and I never have been. But......the Rolling Stones facinate me. They have truly withstood the test of time and I find it amazing that they have been together as long as they have been. I give them a big thumbs up for that
Because I don't follow The Stones, I can't compare this show to others they have done. Therefore, I thought the show was fine. For men their age, they still rock, and I'm impressed (even though I'm not a fan).
I'd love to be in the shape Mick is in when I'm 62.
Yes, Mick is still hot.
The band did sound off last night at the beginning of "Start Me Up", because they were mixed horribly!!! All you could hear was Mick, and when they cut to shots of Ron Wood playing, it was like he was doing air guitar! Of course any band that is missing 3/4 of its sound is going to be "off".
All in all, I think the last 2 Superbowl Halftime shows, Paul McCartney and The Stones, were head and shoulders above the farce that MTV had hoisted on us recently. THANK YOU, Janet Jackson!!!
I don't know if it there were technical problems or not but they didn't sound good last night. Mick didn't seem to be holding any notes. Everything seemed clipped to me.
He sure can move though. A local radio host said his pants were so tight she could tell what religion he was.
