Super 8 Maingate?

I know this had been asked....but the search feature is disabled.

We are looking for a cheap, but clean hotel to stay in our first night in Orlando before we check-in to All-Star Movies the next day. Has anyone stayed at the Super 8 Maingate at 7571 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway?

Do you know if that's the one down towards Walmart - on the same side of the road - and there's a lake behind it? If so, my DD's in-law's stayed there in Sept. 2001.. They are VERY picky about cleanliness and had no complaints at all..

Unfortunately it's not (we have stayed at that one too). It's the one that is just west of I4 on 192....it's really fairly close to everything. I guess I will just go with my gut that a Super 8 should be fairly clean. The pictures look like it's okay....but there's nothing like a first hand experience from someone.

We stayed there last fall, it is clean and decent, no frills, but good value for the money.....
