we flew them jan 30 this year. both flights were nice. the staff much friendlier on the return. the meal was included, drinks, snacks, warm cloth and packs for the kids. the direct flight and price was great.
only bad part was coming home and having one bag damaged. we returned feb 6th and submitted beginning of april once we had the luggage company say they couldn't fix it etc. they sent a letter saying they needed a month to review. month came and they didn't have enough info and sent standard we need more time letter. we started calling and emailing, left messages and not one was returned. tonight hubby finally got a third followup letter saying fax the release to us and we will issue you your luggage claim. talk about hoops. but I would fly them again, it was a fabric bag and damages happen.
