My wonderful step mother gave us her 2006 points to use for a November trip to Orlando. When I tried to book at any Florida location, the message came up there was nothing available. It is an off-week (Nov. 12), so I doubt that's the case. When I called the toll free number they won't help me because I am not the member.
Does anyone know if I need to wait until, say 6 months, to try the exchange? We only have DVC(used 2006 points in 2005
), so we need some help without asking an 83 year old lady to make the phone call.
