Sunterra Cypress Pointe...room requests

I'm staying at the Sunterra Cypress Pointe and was wondering if there is any way I could call in or fax a room request? Has anyone had any experience with this? My mom is afraid of heights and wants to say on the bottom floor if possible. There is also a newer section to the resort that might be nicer than the older part. Any suggestions? THANKS

Yes the Grande Villas are the nicest of the two resorts but I really think that you won't get a villa choice until you actually check in. It won't hurt to call and ask......something tells me you might get to choose within 30 days of your arrival, but I'm not too sure. Good luck and have a great time.....you'll love Cypress Pointe!

That is a really nice place to stay. We have stayed in several different buildings and I don't remember any numbers however. All of them are nice but some of the three floor buildings do not have elevators. The units are very well equipped and spacious.

Could you please tell me the price you were quoted and where you booked? I am looking for the best price before I book.
