Sunspree to Parks - Driving time?

Looking for someone who stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunspree LBV with a rental car -


How long did it take you to get to the parks? I know they're all very close (1 mile...!)

When are you going? I was thinking of booking this place and it says it is 1/2 mile to Disney. Have you stayed here before? Anything I should know before I book? TIA.

I haven't stayed here before - we got a GREAT deal through Priceline last July for this Feb (1200 for plane and the week at the hotel). We booked this one because of its proximity and free shuttle (but today decided to rent a car anyways...!) I've seen lots of mixed reviews and am taking all of them with a grain of salt - clearly it's not a "luxury" hotel, and if that's what you're looking for, I'm sure you'll be VERY disappointed! Looks like a fun (albeit a bit noisy!) place to stay! We're not going to spend that much time in the room, anyways!

We're going in 5 weeks - I'll give a full report when I get back!

Haven't stayed there, but we have driven past it quite a few times. We stayed on 192 for one of our trips and went up a side road past Walgreen's that took us to Disney that also went right by the Sunspree. I'd say to WDW property you're only looking at a few minutes.

If you drive a few blocks to World Center Drive (536), it's about 5-10 min. into the parks by car.

We stayed there 9 years ago and enjoyed our time there. It was great to have the extra room and our boys loved the bunkbeds.

No more than 10 min. to Disney. It is very close and there are many restaurants in the area.
