Sunspree or Quality Suites Maingate?

Quality is about 100.00 cheaper for the week. What hotel is better? We will be renting two suites. One will have myself, hubby, daughter(2) and son(10). The other room will be my sister, her husband and three daughters (9 and 12 y/o twins). Pros and cons? This planning is consuming me! LOL Lots of fun though.
