I would assume the same time future world opens.

Yep, that would seem right. I did a search and found a site that says it's open from 9-9 same time as FW. I will say that on EMH evenings it does stay open later. We've stopped in there for a quick snack late at night. However, they weren't making hot food, just the already items.
