dh ordered the cuban and it had no side of anything, he had the sandwich, drink and dessert.

I have another question about Sunshine Seasons. We're going to be on the DDP and plan to have lunch there one day and I wondering if you pay (or use your card) at each seperate window or if the family meets up at the check out and cashes out together?

Sunshine doesn't have windows anymore. You go to the different counters, sandwich, salad, bakery, hot food, order and take your food to any of the check outs at the exit. So your family can all go to different counters get there food and then all go to the same register when you are ready.

DH and I had sandwiches there last week--no sides came with it. But the desserts there are very, very good, and I'd rather have a dessert than a bag of chips!

They have combos just not from the sandwich place. Mine was more a combo but I had the grilled salmon not the sandwich place.

Dh had more than enough with his Cuban sandwich and drink...if I had to recommend a dessert their key lime was the best of the trip, I really did like my strawberry shortcake there too. The double chocolate cake was more ordinary - he says he goofed big time and should have picked the key lime.

(we were hungry too, it was where we ate on our 1st day there, we left home at 5am ate at SS at 11:50am)

No more chips as a side with sandwiches. Just the sandwich, drink and dessert. There was more than enough for those who chose the sandwiches adn the desserts there are really good.
