Sunshine Seasons: Anyone had the Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad?

Has anyone had this? If so, can you tell me if the salad was pre-mixed with a dressing & what the dressing was?

Also, did you buy it at a station that might be able to give me the salad without the dressing (just plain lettuce w/dressing on the side)? or is it not that kind of place?

I have alot of food sensitivities.

It was some kind of sweet vinaigrette I think, and I believe it's already mixed in. It's a really good salad though, my favorite thing at Sunshine Seasons!

This salad is one of my favorites, too. I can't remember if the dressing is already on the lettuce or if you can ask for it on the side, but they do compose the salad to order- you could leave some of the parts out if you wish.

According to the DIS and allears, it is a Honey Sherry dressing, but I thought it was a honey-cilantro-lime dressing when I have ordered it. As the PP indicated, it is sweet. And good!
