Received my Disney gift card last week but STILL haven't received the 50.00 Target one that I requested at the same time. Now I am freaking out since it says they are NOT responsible for gift cards lost in the mail.

If it's been a while you may want to file a trouble ticket. Also, try to fret. Even if it's lost, you may be able to recover it. I had four $10 Starbucks cards that never showed up. Cindy gave me the numbers from them and I called Starbucks. When they were able to ascertain that the cards had not been used, they gave me the credit on a card I already had.

I had a problem with not receiving my disney gc. When I updated my address, the system didn't update the whole thing, just had my name and city. I don't know how they are sent out, but it wasn't caught. I never received my 50.00 gc and they were not able to help me.

First step, become a member of *their* forum! Excellent help over there.

The Target giftcard is very likely sent by Target. Just like redeeming for Old Navy GCs gets you mail from Old Navy.

Has it been the full 6 weeks since you redeemed? If not, hold on, they are likely on their way. If yes, either post over on their forum or even create an account question trouble ticket (not the one to request credit).

first of all, don't panic. SR may not be responsible for lost gift cards, but i promise you, they will do everything they can to help you. i mailed a disney GC to another SR member last year to swap for some smaller ones, and mine got lost in the mail. tricia at SR got the GC reissued for me! please log into the forum and post your question. if it's been more than 6 weeks, file a trouble ticket. they'll do anything they can.

Thanks everyone...I did panic because I got one and not the other but if they are not all coming from the same place then that gives me hope! I don't think it has been 6 weeks. I will go check.
