Sunshine Home Rental?

Has anybody stayed at the Sunshine Homes (Emerald Island, Windsor Palms, etc.)? They seem to be located close to WDW and have reasonable pricing (less than $175 night). We have a family of 5 and the private pool and kitchen really appeal to us.

Do you have an address or contact person of the people at Sunshine Homes ?

Having checked with CFPMA I can find no record of them being members so make sure you do the proper checks to satisfy yourself before booking.

If this company is who I suspect it is, then you shouldn't have a problem but it still pays to check with BBB & Chamber of Commerce.
