Sunshine fact here in Michigan....

We've been complaining about the lack of sunshine at work for the last week or so. I was on the phone with a co-worker who is in Kansas City this week and I told her we hadn't seen the sun since she'd left. As I said this, I happened to glance out the window and see the sun. I let out a whoop and the whole office staff came running to see it before it disappeared again! I did thank my Kansas City friend for sending me a glimpse of sunshine.

I had a really difficult time when I first moved here from New Mexico. The dreariness doesn't bother me so much anymore. I'd much rather have rain, dreariness, and warmer temps than SNOW, frigid cold, and sun!

Hooray. The sun appeared in the sky today at lunchtime. For about 15 minutes. Now it looks like a snowglobe outside the office window. A shaken snowglobe. Oh well. Perhaps the sun will shine again next week. Or perhaps next month.

Move to Hawaii? Just a thought.

Sounds like a good reason to head to WDW. We leave tomorrow. Sunshine here we come!
