Since I don't remember what I weighed when we started, I'll go by what I weighed last Tuesday.

I am down 2.4 this week!! And I got my TOM yesterday too. I figured I wouldn't lose anything because of that. YEAH~~

Kamy - Great job - Way to go!!!

Well I'm off to WI at WW's. Going to the actual WW meetings really keeps me on track, more than trying to do it myself.

Kami-Good for you!!!!

Melanie--That is great you had a loss and it was your TOM, that can be hard to do!!!

Dabute--Your challenge total so far are inspiring!!

I am on day 2 of being totally On Plan, so I am hoping on Friday I will be able to show a loss!!

After 2 really good weeks, I've gone off the wagon since saturday, and am up 1 pound at wi today. For this challenge, I'm 4.4/12. I'm hoping to come around here more, and be more accountable. The evening snacking has gotten the better of me the past 3 nights, and I need to stop it. I'm going to stay within my daily points for the next 3 days, and will check in here for some inspiration nightly.

kamgen- Awesome loss!!! I'm glad nutrisystem is working out for you. Good luck this weekend. Have fun.

MelanieC- Congrats on the great loss!!! I need the accountability of WW meetings and weighins. It's so hard for me to lose weight and keep it off on my own.

dabute-Whoo hoo!!:thumbsup2 Keep up the great work!!

sap1227-Nice work sticking to the plan. Good luck friday.

denecarter-Great work!! Always an inspiration!!

Wow, you guys are doing so great! congrats to all of you! Last week I was up a pound... yuck... but this week at weigh in I was down 3.4#!!!!!!!!!!!!! HURRAY! I am so excited! so that is a total of 3.2 loss!!! I couldn't be happier. the core program for WW is the best, and I am so happy to find something that is finally working for me!:cool1:

Everyone is doing so well:cool1: :cool1:

I stayed at 168 this week...but I saw a big change in my clothes this week...so I am still happy! Still think I'll be 155 by the end of June!

Have a great week!

darn it -- i had a LONG post typed, then my pc had the nerve to automatically restart after installing an update!

anyhoo

what i said was that I finally WI today -- i joined a 6 week summer weight managment class at work/FC. more or less it's like WW meetings, i think. i wasn't able to attend the first class b/c i was on the clock and at a mtg, but i think the accountability will be good for me. This weeks topic was the importance of journaling --

what sealed the deal for me was when the dietician was measuring my waist and I said, I want to lose 10 lbs in 6 weeks and she said "YOU CAN" it's 'safe' to lose between 3 - 12 lbs during this class and i'm aiming high!

i have 13 lbs to lose, 7 pre-cruise and 6 cruise weight. oh well, it was worth it -- this is what i keep asking myself, 'Is it worth it?' Palo brunch? YES ::yes:: hershey kiss? NO! :scared:

since there is no Palo brunch handy.....i'll just have to stick it out!

Hi everyone,

At my WW WI on Tuesday night I actually had a 3.2 pound loss. My official Sunshine challenge will be my home weight loss.

Today I had Thai (including a Thai Tea - 7 points for a cup- yikes), but I had vegetarian everything, Lemon grass soup, pad thai with tons of veggies and I had my vegetarian dumplings steamed. I had cereal for dinner to keep my nighttime points down. I am also being good tonight and not having a snack.

I have a different set of friends at work that I'm going to Vietnamese tomorrow. I found the points for the fresh spring roll (steamed), but I'm not sure about the vermicelli noodle bowl that I'm going to get. I'm getting shrimp, so at least that is low in points.

It feels good to eat out, yet be totally OP! I like to test myself like this and prove I can do it!

Great job to everyone who lost this week!!! Way to go!

Molli - You can definately lose 13 pounds! You can do it!

Princess Vija- Way to go on the 3.4 pounds! YEAH!

Jaimie - Hang in there - the clothes don't lie, a big loss will follow!

Mikamah-Hang in there, you can get rid of the 1 pound plus more this week!!!

Denecarter - Way to go with the 2.4!!!!!

Christy - Great job being OP - Take it 1 day at a time!

dabute - Way to go with the .4 - it all adds up! Great job on the 8 pounds so far!

Hang in there everyone - We can do this!! I'm so glad I'm back on track!

Weighed in tonight and lost a surprising 1.4 pounds. That puts me at 1.4/2.2.

Woo hoo Tiggerlover!!! You rock! You are almost there!

So today I had my lunch planned (I thought we were going to Vietnamese), but we actually went to a Korean restaurant. Since I never had Korean before, I wasn't really sure what to order. First we got a little salad with ginger dressing (it's actually Japanese and there was japanese on the menu too). Then they bring out about 6 or 7 little dishes of these different appetizers to eat. There was a tofu dish that was yummy, a really spicy cabbage dish that was good, green beans with some kind of spicy stuff on them, bean curds and sprouts that were yummy, pickled radish that was good (basically tasted like a pickle), a clear gel looking thing with a chili sauce topping on it. The gel was tasteless but the sauce was good. I just had a taste or two of each. Then I ordered a seafood noodle bowl. It was really hard to eat because it was in a spicy seafood stew and it you had chopsticks and a spoon. I ate the shrimp and some of the squid, but the squid was just so so (it was very tough). I actually ate more of my boss' dish which was a spicy seafood soft tofu dish with rice. I liked that dish a lot! I also had a piece of beef from a bento box, and piece of a california roll. I have no idea how many points I had, but I really don't think it was much. My dish was almost completely full when I was done.

I'll figure out an approx based on noodles, shrimp, squid, etc. I don't think I ate a lot of points though, so I feel good.

My weight was actually down a pound today, so eating the larger lunch and a smaller breakfast and dinner yesterday did my good. I think it shocked my body into losing that pound.

Everyone hang in there - it's almost the weekend. Weekends are always the hardest for me. We are going to Dorney Park (an amusement park) for Mothers Day. I am pretty sure there is a subway. I'm going to take it hour by hour. I know I can do it!

What are you doing this weekend and how are you planning to stay OP?? We can do it!

WOW - everyone is doing so GREAT - and I feel the mojo here

I have been reading, just not much time or any loss to report, BUT today I am here to say this week of being totally on plan has resulted in being down a pound! So puts me at 1.5 down total for this challenge!

Finally, finally, finally, I believe, once again, that I can do this (and yes Molli you too and EVERYONE else, too). Sermon at church last weekend, had a "lightbulb" moment that when I reached the goal the last time - I was just really THEN beginning the real job (and a hard one) keeping the weight off. It was when I got comfortable (and returned to eating foods that weren't the best, healthy choices) that I started adding it back. NO MORE - each and every day I am just "claiming a victory for the day" and moving toward the goal and once I reach it make sure that I daily remind myself that I must continue the "job" and don't quit!

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL that are on their way to a downward number - one day at a time will end up with GREAT RESULTS!

Have a great M's Day everyone and I WILL BE STAYING OP this weekend - yes - weekends are my downfall - BUT not this one!!

Yes- here to vocalize that I will be OP today and tomorrow! Planning to take MIL out for dinner but it should be a place I can make wise choices - a Japanese restaurant.

I am off to take a walk t- the morning is beautiful and one short hour out of my day - burning some calories - working toward my goal - is a very good way to begin the day :thumbsup2

Have a great weekend everyone and hope that all mothers will be "pampered" a bit tomorrow - you deserve it

Woo hoo Tiggerlover!!! You rock! You are almost there!

Thanks, Melanie. I actually am "there" -- I am 1 pound under goal. But I am not claiming my goal clippie until I am done with WW maintenance (two weeks to go) and get my lifetime achievement through them. I guess my siggie is confusing. The goal I talk about in my siggie is my all time low goal, which happens to be under WW goal....so I guess I am working towards a few goals...lol.

You sound like you are doing a great job keeping motivated....you are an awesome inspiration!!

Happy Mother's Day to all of our mothers!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!! :flower:

what a bunch of inspired WISHers we have here! yea! I have done fairly well this weekend, i had my one 'cheat' meal last night at our local favoriate mexican rest. i did attend a tastefully simply party friday night at a neighbors that i used as my dinner but we all hung out and had a few beers too. oopies :teeth:

i still fell good and OP -- i walked a LW with my neighbor Sat morning - 6 miles. i'm feeling the mojo...............

melanie -- your lunch sounded wonderful!!

debbie -- 1 lb under GOAL is awesome!!

Morning fellow Wishers ;)

Did "decent" on the weekend - how about YOU? Yes, decent means I had some "cheatting" going on but not too bad............ wonderful meal at the Japanese steak house - took MIL - she actually did not like it all that well, but hey - it was an AWESOME meal and a great M's Day treat for me

I am slower to start here this morning - think I had caffeine too late in the day yesterday so awake too much last night - and probably the biggest reason for slow is - once again it is the Monday syndrome :rolleyes1

Moving on with I will be back totally OP today and the rest of the week for me - please join me :thumbsup2

:flower3: Hope you had a Happy Mother's Day :flower3:

Everyone is doing such a great job with their weight loss ~ :thumbsup2 . We're going look fabulous this summer.

I haven't been good about reporting my weight loss progress, sorry. But I have fantastic news! I've lost a total of 13 pounds :woohoo: . I'll work hard to get this other 7 off to reach my Sunshine goal.
