Anyone have any insight for what time we should shoot for as a reservation time if I want to catch sunset in late June?

Time will be listed, keep in mind Hawaii does not get the big swings like more northern areas. My advice not too early, you do not want to spend an hour staring at the sun, I would shoot for 15-30 minutes before sunset. The best time is just after the sun sets when you get the wonderful skys.

Sunset in late June should be about 7:15.
