Sunscreen users take note: new product

:flower:

I am very fair skinned, always wear hats/dark glasses and a few years ago I was given a sample from a skin dr it's in a tube called
Solbar w/zinc. Love it!

It's expensive about 12.00 for 4 oz, you don't need a prescription but they may have to special order it for you at Walgreens/CVS/whatever Pharmacy you use.
The SPF is 38.
Lasts a long time for 4 oz.

Thanks for all the sun proof ideas! :goodvibes

Don't know if ya'll have seen them before, or not, but I just found a company out of Austin, Texas called Tula. They make hats that are UPF 50+

Arent all hats completely protected? I was unaware that they were not.

I bought and used the Coppertone Continuous Spray on my cruise a few weeks ago. It worked great and everyone that was with us wanted to use it because it went on so easy. I even had strangers asked what I was using as they were intrigued by it. I have to say I would definitely buy it again and I can see how useful it would be to use on the kids. The only downside is that it does not last as long. We went through the entire bottle in about 5 days (granted that was with 3-4 people putting it on a few times a day) but it still doesn't last as long as the pump or lotion kind.

I knew that there was a reason I packed two cans of the stuff ;)
