One of the nicest and best tours that my wife and I have been on at WDW is the Sunrise Safari at the Animal Kingdom. You leave the AKL at 6:45 A.M. or so and get a private tour of a portion of the Animal Kingdom that you do not see as a guest. You get to take the Safari ride in a vehicle that is allowed to stop any time at your request. A guide who is one of the keepers tells you about each animal and how they are care for. You also get to see the keepers bring some of the animals from the holding areas or nighttime sleeping places. At the end of the tour, you get a really nice all you can eat breakfast.
The only problem is that you have to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in a conceirge room.
