Sunrise Safari questions.

I just talked with the IPO yesterday and I am a little bummed that we won't be getting into AK until 10 AM. I was hoping to ride EE first thing and get an early jump on the day as far as the park goes. Did this put a damper on your day at all as far as getting attractions done and all that?

Also, has anyone done it recently while the Tusker House is being redone? How is the breakfast at the new place? It doesn't seem like a breakfast place...

When we booked IPO emailed me and told me that Safari is at 7:00am and it would all be over by 8:45, at which time we would be ready to enter the park at the 9:00am opening. I just went to look at the information sheet they sent me it says the safari start at 7:30...which would be a real bummer. We only have one day in the park and I really wanted to beat the crowd on that day.

It was in email, when they sent the confirmation number it said our safari is at 7:00am. But when I read this thread I went and looked back at the information sheet they sent attached to that email -- it says the safari starts at 7:30 and is approx 1hr and 45mins for the entire thing.

Anyone do this safari and have more information for us? I know that park gets busy fast and we wanted to get everything done early there.
