Sunrise Lakes V Sunset Lakes

I am looking for a vacation home for part of our stay over Christmas 09. I have found nice homes in these 2 communities. I know Sunrise Lakes is close to Walmart, as we stayed in Clermont last year. We have stayed in Kissimmee before, just wondering which community is the best choice for quietness, distance to supermarkets and WDW, and traffic.

Sunset Lakes is a lovely quiet neighborhood. We stayed there a few years back and it took us just 5 minutes to get to AK. There are shops close by as well.

quietness- both are rental communities away from the main streets

distance to:

supermarkets- both very close to food markets

wdw- sunset lakes is closer by a few miles

traffic-because sunset lakes is closer I would also say a bit less traffic

We stayed in Sunset Lakes in 06 and we loved it. It was very quiet (we were in a house at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by woods and lake) It was very close to everything: Publix, restaurants etc and it took us about 7 minutes to get to WDW. Walmart wasn't too far away, but we didn't go there. Taking the Sherbath Road short cut meant no traffic at all!
