Bob met us at the escalator and handled everything perfectly. On the return trip there was a watertaxi delay to PBH and we were late. DH called to alert him...he was already at the hotel waiting. I felt terrible, but he was very gracious. We were nervous since we had never used this company, but I would recommend them unconditionally.

Hope to see them same time next year!
