SunPass - is it worth it?

They are working on national standards for the transponders so you don't have to buy a different one when you go to Florida. A few years off though before its fully implemented.

Mid 2016 is the target date, however we know how those dates get pushed out. We got the sun pass a few years ago- DH hates waiting at a toll booth. It's also good for the toll bridges like the one to Sanibel.

MillauFr i'm looking but don't see it only the $25 and sticker options

The sticker one use transponder is $4.99. I don't plan on going again so I just got the sticker. If you plan on going every year get the portable $25 transponder.

My NC transponder worked in FL. I would check to see if your existing one will work. We are using it again in 2 weeks. I used mine in Miami and it saved my company a fortune!
