Has anyone stayed here? I've contacted the owners already and we're seriously considering this house, but they require a $500 non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 8 weeks of the stay, so I'd love any input if anyone has any. TIA!

We're booked in this house for January, 2011, and it looks absolutely gorgeous!!! :goodvibes
