Sunglasses while on rides inside

When going to Disney I like to carry as little as possible. Because we're going in August, even one of those fanny packs are too hot to carry. I'm planning to get a passporter pouch for my tickets, fast passes and a little cash but what do I do with my sunglasses?
Are there any clip-type of products out there that I could clip them on to the cord of the passporter pouch?
Any other ideas?

I usually just stick them on top of my head. Except on RNRC, where they could fly off. I hold on to them on that.

I do the same as above. :thumbsup2 I just flip them up on my head except on fast rides. I hold them indoors and use croakies (head straps) outdoors.

Most of the gift shops at WDW sell some kind of sunglasses lanyard, either the wide, snug foam kind, or the long 'necklace' style.

How well do the Croakies or eyeglass straps hold. Would they be sufficient to prevent my glasses from flying off on RnR or some of the other fast coasters?

I hook them into my belt loop on my pants. Although, I must say, if your sunglasses are like 10 years old like mine (ok, maybe just 6) and kinda floppy, they don't always stay in this position. They used to, but on this last trip, they kept falling on the ground. Anyway, just another idea.

My DW put them in her pocket on Space mountain and they fell out and got lost. About 2 weeks after we filed a report with disney, we received them in a postage paid envelope from WDW... A nice welcome home present.

I would just put them in the front of your collar of your shirt... Like the prepies do... it works fine.

The lanyards do work well...I only had trouble on one ride with mine. Tower of Terror. My sunglasses floated almost above my head and I felt like I was about to lose them. But I used them with everything else. On RNR I just put them inside my shirt.

I have the same croakies from six trips ago and they are still going strong. I got them at a Lenscrafters, but you can get them at any eyewear store. They're really great and they never fall off on the fast rides. Go with them, you can't go wrong.

I made the mistake of putting my sunglasses (Ray Bans) inside my waistpack for the rougher rides, and the lenses got scratched by the inside of the zipper. It was just my dumb luck that I put them in there facing that way, I guess, but if you put them in a pocket, etc, make sure there's nothing else in there that could scratch them.

I normally wear a V-neck T-shirt or a tank top, and I just tuck the sunglasses into the top of the T-shirt - folded up, with one "arm" on the inside. That seems to work fine on most rides.

I dont think I ever had a problem w/ putting my sunglass' on my head. If I feel that they are too loose I just throw them in my pocket or clip them to my shirt. If your going to carry a camera bag you can always throw them in there as well! :goodvibes

A suggestion for those that use lanyards to hold their sunglasses when indoors; for rough rides tuck them inside the front of your shirt - that will keep them secure.
