i wonder how many pairs of sunglasses show up at lost and found....

Went to lost and found (and actually found my daughter's lost pair). They had about a dozen post office size boxes filled with sunglasses and prescription glasses, too.

My DD had lost them on MIB, they gave her a receipt to buy a new pair to replace them--we even told them that they weren't from Universal. Just great customer service.

i hope you had a tm at gs help you write up a comment card on the wonderful service you received from lost and found.

it is a very good thing to give positive comments at gs on the delightful things the tms do for you on your park visits.
