Sunday or Monday

I will be in Orlando for 2 days in early August. My DH and I will probably do Epcot (maybe MK) and AK. Does anyone know if it would make a difference which day we went to Epcot? I didn't think it would make any difference but I wasn't sure if either day had special events going on.

Any advice would be appreciated

If you're not staying on site and aren't buying park hoppers, check the hours and go to a park that doesn't have EMH hours that day. Typically, Epcot's are on Tuesdays/Fridays, so you could go there either Sunday or Monday. (And Monday is historically lower crowds there.) AK is the one you'd have to check on, with EE opening their EMH have been all over the place.
