Sunday openings in December at Val d'Europe - DLP

Every Sunday in December (the 6th-13th-20th and 27th) the shopping center at Val d'Europe will be open from 10.00 - 20.00

Auchan will be open on the Sunday 6th-13th and 20th) from 9.00 - 20.00

Has there been a revolution I'm not aware of. How did they manage to persuade the shop workers to work on a Sunday?

Same as every year - They open 6 Sundays a year - normally is the 1st Sunday of the Winter and Summer sales and the other 4 in Nov/Dec for Christmas.

When I worked retail we loved working Sundays at Xmas as it's paid at 200% plus you get a day off in the week

Was going to say but Carrie beat me to it, its been common for many years for shops to open Sundays leading up to Christmas

I need to move to France & go back to retail as I like the idea of way more pay & day off. I'm working Christmas day & Boxing day for no extra and no time of in lieu
