I just realized Sunday at Epcot may be too busy. I made a PS at Lecellier before I knew about the F&W Fest. Monday I plan on doing the MK, Tuesday MGM, Wed MK and Thursday AK. Should I be worried aboiut a very crowded Epcot on Sunday. My parents want to do the F&W so we have to go!

Wish I could load a countdown it would say 9 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!:Pinkbounc

Don't have an answer for you about the crowds, but did want to point out that Sunday is Nov. 2, not the 1st. Since you are making PS, didn't want you to have them for the wrong date!

Hope you have a great time!

Hi Crabmeal,

Don't know about this year, but DH, DS and I have been at Epcot for FW on Sunday the last two years. We didn't find it very crowded, but we are pretty casual visitors: we stopped at several huts to find things for dinner, never waited more than five minutes at any of them. Other than that we cruised through the countries to see what was happening, saw the parades and the fireworks. I don't think we even needed to stake out a spot for the parade or fireworks. It wasn't too bad at all.

We'll be going back this year, but with a new baby (DS, 4mo), we don't have any firm plans for most nights. We may pass you by on Sunday. Enjoy!

It will be the third weekend of F&W, so the locals should be less by then. I heard that the first weekend was crowded & chaotic. I'll be there Sunday the 2nd also, looks like a good chance of perfect weather!
Enjoy!

Hi, crabmeal!! Just wanted to let you know that we too will be in MGM on Tuesday (November 4th) and MK on Wednesday (November 5th)...maybe we'll see you there!!

:p IVY :p

Even at the opening weekend, Sunday was less attended than Saturday.

Don't worry about it. Go and enjoy the festival. It is a lot of fun, but don't be surprised if you nosh so much you end up not needing the PS for Le Cellier.

Hey, Dh and I will be there then also. The last two years we've gone during approximately the same time periods and have never found the crowds to be too outrageous.

Disnee Dad Says..........................................EPCOT holds about three million people so it's hard for it to get too crowded! lol

Just try to eat before and after everyone else, and go to the less popular stands when it gets crowded because the lines will still be managable.

There was 33 people in line for the French booth around 1:00 pm, I just had to count them! We wandered back by around 4:00 pm and the line was down to four.

Just a guess, but 10/31 should be fantastic. Locals with kids stay home, many tourists will do the Mickey thing, and all the week days are generally real good to be at EPCOT.

Briasied ribs from Germany
Cheddar Cheese Soup from Canada
Meaty quessadillas from Mexico
Sangria from Spain

Pauses........ as a tear forms.

I wanna go back!!!pirate:
