Sunday crowds vs Monday

Hello all! How would you compare Sunday crowds to those on Monday? Here's the plan:
Girlfriend and I will be in OC for 2 days in April. Want to spend one whole day at DL. Sunday, open till midnight, Monday, open til 8. Would the possible lack of Monday crowds make up for the earlier closing time?

It looks like you refer to Sunday, April 27, and Monday, April 28.

The crowds should be lower on Monday, but Sunday has the RDCT Fireworks, Fastasmic, and the Aladdin Musical (in DCA). (According to this schedule.)
