Sunday after Thanksgiving

Hi,

We are booked for arrival on the Sunday after Thanksgiving for 4 nights... Is it really busy on that Sunday and Monday? According to the crowd calendars I looked at are predicting moderate to busy crowds those days, actually all week?

It probably doesn't help that MVMCP is happening 2 out of the 4 nights we are there and the other 2 days claim MK will be extremely busy and stay away.

It won't be "packed."

It's too close to Christmas for very many guests to take extra days off after the Thanksgiving weekend.
That means a school and work day on that Monday, so Sunday evening will see the crowds fall off.

We go that week. Sunday will be moderate. Monday through Thursday should be pretty good. Much lighter. But it's never light!

I think part of the reason that they have MVMCP twice that week is because it's a slow (slow for Disney) week. You'll notice that the week before, Thanksgiving week, there are no party nights at all.

That does mean however you would have to exit the Magic Kingdom at 6 or 7PM those nights if you were there.

We are arriving that same day and I'm thinking about doing MK that day. Since it's a party night, I've heard the day crowd should be lower, but I'm concerned about "wasting" a day since we won't get a super early start since it's our arrival day. Do you know how you are going to plan your days yet?

We are coming from the Midwest and won't get in until 11. So I was thinking of doing Epcot since they are open the latest.

We arrive on Saturday the 24th and was planning on heading to MK but I’m afraid it will be too crowded being Thanksgiving weekend!
