sunblock for scalp- for baby

My ds will be almost 1 when we go. He has little hair on top, and what is there is finer and blond. I have been trying to get him to keep a hat on but he is a baby and just keeps pulling it off.
I have put sunblock on his head but he looks like greasy right away and no way could I do that all day- would be like a greased pig after a day in the heat.
SO I have heard they make sunblock specifically for scalp. Has anyone used it and know if a brand??

We took our son for the first time when he was 9 months old and he had very little hair. I bought some scalp spray on sunscreen that worked really well. It didn't make his head greasy at all. It's from Babies R Us. Here is the link for the kit that has it in it but I was able to buy it separate in the store if you don't want the whole sunscreen kit.

Cool! I'm a female and get sunburned right down the middle of my head where my hair parts. I've been wearing a hat (which I hate b/c it makes my head sweat). I might try some of this too!

Thanks so much for this, we just had our 1yo DD at Adventure Island (water park) yesterday and used regular spray on her scalp...what a mess...three washes later her hair still smells like it...yuk!

Hello! I can't use a regular sunscreen on my face because it breaks me out so I use Aveeno for face SPF 70. I looked it up, and the also make an Aveeno baby sunscreen, SPF 55. The face kind does not make me greasy at all. It's a little bit more expensive, but I highly recommend it. I never get sunburned using Aveeno and I'm fair skinned. And I practically live at the beach during the summer.
